Techtribe is looking for an experienced Lead Developer, who will be mainly responsible for the development of our serverless applications on AWS.
Techtribe is a cloud native club that consists of ten super driven back-end developers. We are specialised in developing serverless applications and are convinced that this is the direction the market will continue to move in. That’s why we are fully focused on cloud native AWS. We are looking for a talented Lead Developer who will be spearheading this initiative with us.
What’s good to know is that Techtribe has a sister company TouchTribe, who specialise in API-first frontends. TouchTribe takes care of the frontend, leaving Techtribe free to focus on the backend and infrastructure.
Techtribe is part of MakerStreet; an Amsterdam collective of the very best agencies that strive for digital perfection together. We believe in specialisation and for people to excel in their individual field, so therefore we are not a full-service agency, but a full specialism agency. Together we develop websites, apps, content and other digital solutions for great brands and organisations such as Nationale Nederlanden, Albert Heijn, Mediahuis, Rabobank to name a few.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Lead Developer who will work with us to take the team to a higher level. You’ve earned your stripes in software development and you are interested in new developments in the field of cloud native applications and platforms. You have also previously managed a team substantively, you have been involved in job interviews and you know what it takes to bring in the right qualities. You are the go to person when it comes to questions about technology and architecture. Quality assurance is something you highly value and you make sure that company standards are shared throughout all the projects. Together with architects and the CTO you’ll support the sales processes where needed.
